How do I return an item?

If you're not satisfied with your order, you must request a return claim within 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date by contacting Jjazz via email at [email protected] or via phone at 951-290-0433 . Please provide order number and reason for return. ALL PACKAGES MUST INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURE PACKAGING. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Upon receipt of merchandise and review a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee. Please note that shipping charges will be at the expense of the buyer.

Should you receive damaged or defective items, claims must be made within 4 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date.

Please note: “sale Items” are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.

You will receive an email notification once we have credited your account. Please note: It may take up to two full billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

We do our best to provide fast efficient service. Unfortunately, once an order is placed online you cannot change or cancel the order. However, you may return the product minus a 10% restocking fee.
